The information generated in the patch process can be staggering and the
group of people needing that information very diverse. To address this we
have developed what we call a Patch Evaluation process that includes running
all patches in Log Only mode first, a Hyper Text Application to organize the
information and a file comparison product to evaluate incoming Stored
Procedures with any EXTGENs we have produced. This process allows us to
quickly evaluate the impact a patch will have on our environment, alert team

SyteLine’s background tasks. I will also present a few techniques that will
allow you to schedule jobs on business days and run jobs in series to
minimize overall run time.

How to add Track and Trace Capability to SyteLine

Nutech Systems

Do you have the need to add the capability to track and trace raw materials
through production to the finished goods that a customer receives? Would you
like to be able to trace from a customer issue all the way through your
manufacturing process back to the raw materials so that you are able to
locate the PO that material was purchased under, perhaps the lot number and
the date & time a raw material was received and when the QC release date
occurred? During this session, we will review how to

accomplish these tasks as well as how to follow the opposite process of
tracing a raw material that has been recalled by a Vendor to your
end-customers so that you can recall or repair a product before the customer
even becomes aware of an issue. Viewpoint for SyteLine adds these
capabilities to SyteLine in a way that makes the process of collecting the
data necessary to support the Track & Trace process flexible, error proof
and efficient.

“You Win With People!” (…and User Interface Knowledge!)

Debbie Baldwin

“You win with people!” was a famous quote from Woody Hayes, legendary Ohio
State football coach. Although this quote has withstood the test of time,
SyteLine wasn’t around when it originated. Today’s adaptation of Woody’s line
should be: “You win with people and SyteLine User Interface knowledge!”

A thorough understanding of SyteLine’s user interface unlocks robust
functionality and increases the value you and your organization receive from
SyteLine. Just like other areas of SyteLine, the user interface has
functionality that has been forgotten and new features to be explored. Attend
this session to strengthen your knowledge and abilities to efficiently
interface with SyteLine.
