Infor Upgrade Survey

Dear Syteline User

One of the initiatives the Customer Experience Board (CEB) has been working on with Infor since July Inforum relates to the topic of upgrades and how more customers can be encouraged to get onto the latest versions.  As a first practical step we want to find out what the real barriers are for customers and how these barriers might be reduced if not removed.

 We have put together a short survey designed to gather as much information about this as possible and we are hoping that you will help us distribute this by sending it out to your members.  There is a question determining whether the customer allows us to pass on the detail of their comments to Infor – we will be summarising the results and identifying the key themes from the surveys and will only pass on detail where permission has been given.  We will also be giving the same summarised result relevant to your group to you for use within the User Group.
