Enterprise Transformation: Beyond basic efficiencies, small process optimizations and the mechanical benefits of ERP
February 26 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Some ERP implementations focus purely on the automation side of the business, not the increase in capabilities that result from an enterprise wide system. And even those that start off with both efficiencies and strategic benefits as a goal, end up concentrating on the automation and efficiencies. Why? Key Questions the presentation will address: What transformations are of higher benefit? Which are easier? Which are both of higher benefit and are fairly quick to implement? Can I obtain some basic Big Data or Data Analytics features without having a full time data scientist? Now that I have some efficiencies in place, how can I take advantage of these efficiencies in really moving the business forward? This presentation will focus on some oft-forgotten benefits, such as revenue enhancement, proper segmentation or transaction rationalization. We will discuss the creation or re-formulation of new enterprise strategies resulting form a new or improved ERP system. The topic will include practical, effective and quick ways of using Infor CSI to gain market share, increase the value of your company or obtain more profitable new sales. We’ll even cover how and where profits increase from reducing costs through new efficiencies, and where profits increase due to better positioning in the marketplace.
