As the Infor CTO, Soma Somasundaram brings 30 years of experience in ERP, supply chain and finance applications as he defines Infor’s technology strategy and manages the design and rollout of the company’s full suite of business applications. Massimo Capoccia is the SVP of Infor Operating Service (Infor OS) Development. They tag team the product development and product management to maintain CloudSuite Industrial as a leading solution in the Cloud ERP market. They will share with you the latest core capabilities added to v10 around finance, inventory, single version and the vision for the solution. They will also detail how and when you can take advantage of the latest technology and innovations of Infor OS, Birst, AI/Coleman, localizations as well as IOT.

Toni Kennedy is a Director in our Customer Experience Team with 19 years of experience working with our customers and user group initiatives. She will update us on changes coming to Concierge and the Enhancement Request Process.
